6. Overseas data transfer
Some of our service providers (including WordPress.com) store data outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual protections.
7. Access and correction
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to correct inaccurate data. Send requests to the DPO email above. We will respond within 30 days and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted under the PDPA.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, or as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting records for 5 years under Singapore law). Inquiry data from unsuccessful leads is deleted within 24 months of last contact.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption for the website, access controls for customer records, and vendor selection based on security standards.
