These terms govern your use of the Envisiondata Private Limited (“Envision Data,” “we”) website at envisiondatasg.com and the sale of hardware, SIMs, and airtime services. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and orders

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to manufacturer price changes until the order is confirmed.
• Orders are confirmed on receipt of cleared payment or signed purchase order.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Pricing and currency

• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless agreed otherwise.
• GST applies where the customer is in Singapore and we are GST-registered.
• Overseas shipping, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

• Bank transfer, PayNow, or credit card by arrangement.
• Full payment is required before shipment unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
• Late payment may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Shipping and delivery

• Stated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk passes to the buyer on handover to the courier.
• Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Warranty

• Hardware warranty is the manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 12 months for handsets, varies for antennas and terminals).
• We will assist with warranty claims and coordinate with the manufacturer.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage beyond rated IP protection, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear.

7. Airtime and SIM services

• Airtime and SIM plans are provided by third-party network operators (Iridium, Inmarsat, SpaceX, Eutelsat OneWeb).
• Coverage, data allowances, and service availability are subject to the operator’s terms.
• We are not liable for service outages caused by the operator’s network.

8. Returns and cancellation

• Hardware may be returned unused in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for refund less restocking and shipping costs.
• Activated SIMs, opened airtime plans, and special-order items are not returnable.
• Cancellation of confirmed orders may incur charges for non-cancellable manufacturer orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the price paid for the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without consent, except for normal browsing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
